1. Orders

Orders placed through this website are confirmed only once we respond to your WhatsApp message. Prices shown are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and may change without prior notice.

2. Minimum Orders

Chicks are sold with a minimum order quantity per breed, shown on each product page, due to the health risks of transporting very small numbers of day-old chicks.

3. Payment

Payment methods are agreed directly with our team on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed, and may include mobile money or pay-on-delivery for local pickup.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout
• Live chicks are shipped only via methods suited to their welfare
• Delivery charges are calculated separately from product price

5. Livestock Health

We guarantee chicks are healthy at the point of dispatch. Losses reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence, are eligible for replacement at our discretion.

6. Incubator Warranty

Incubators carry a 12-month warranty (24 months for our commercial 528-egg unit) covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Returns

Live animals cannot be returned once delivered and accepted, except where a health issue is confirmed as described above. Incubators may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability

KukuHatch is not liable for losses arising from improper brooding, incubation, or handling after delivery. We provide guidance on request but the farmer is responsible for on-site care.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
